由知名电玩记者、作家与主持人乔夫‧基斯利（Geoff Keighley）发起、前身为 Spike Video Game Awards 的年度游戏奖项「游戏大奖（The Game Awards）」，12 月 4 日晚间在美国洛杉矶举办的颁奖典礼上正式揭晓本届的得奖名单，来表彰 2015 年度表现优异的游戏作品。

以下是本届游戏大奖的得奖名单：
得奖：《巫师 3：狂猎》（CD Projekt Red / Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment）
CD Projekt RED凭借《巫师3：狂猎》拿下了“年度最佳游戏”以及“最佳开发商”的荣誉。击败了《辐射4》、《合金装备5：幻痛》等大作实力不容小觑。
而《巫师3：狂猎》虽然获得“2015年度最佳游戏”，但其剧情还将得到扩容，在2016年第一季度CD Projekt RED将追加“血与酒”DLC。近日CDPR社区经理Marcin Momot对外透露该DLC细节，在“血与酒”中将有两名新角色登场。
现在可以确定的情报是，故事会发生在一个叫陶森特的属于尼弗迦德帝国，大概位于与原北方王国边境上的自治公国。该国物产丰盈，尤其是葡萄酒更是世界闻名。
因为该国的自治地位，所以没有被卷入任何战争，所以可以说在巫师3年代里，陶森特是在北方文化圈中除柯维尔外最富裕同时也和平的国度。
基本上肯定了各种吸血鬼会在剧情中占据重要的位置，所以预告片中出现的那个女吸血鬼确定会在游戏中出现了。
